CONDITIONS OF SALE
Possession of this catalog does not constitute an offer to sell. We assume no responsibility for any data or
information furnished herein. All specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

PRICES
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. All parts herein will be invoiced at the current price
in effect at the time of shipment.

SALES TAX
All California residents must pay California state sales tax. Any transactions and/or shipments made
within the state of California are taxable, even if the buyer is not a resident of California. Trade customers
with a signed original California Resale Card on file with us at the time of shipment are exempt.

PAYMENT
Payment for all orders can be by any of several methods. Credit Cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa,
American Express, and Discover. Retail C.O.D. orders are acceptable only if we have a valid credit card
number in the customer’s name on file. Wholesale C.O.D. orders are accepted only after a signed and
completed Dealer Application has been filed with us. We reserve the right to require cash or certified
check on C.O.D. orders at our discretion. A fee will be charged for all returned checks.

NON-PAYMENT
All parts and service remain the property of Autotech Sport Tuning Corporation until paid for in full.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS
You might be shocked by the amount of information our sales staff asks for when taking credit card
orders. It’s another example of how we look out for you, our customer. Our meticulous procedures pro-
tect cardholders from unauthorized purchases and help to keep our prices low by preventing our losses
due to fraud. We notify cardholders, issuing banks, and even law enforcement of any attempted fraudu-
lent charges. Our policy forbids us from shipping parts to anyplace other than the cardholder’s billing
address, or a verifiable work address.

DEPOSITS
We reserve the right to hold all personal checks for bank clearance for a period of up to 30 days from
receipt. We recommend a cashier’s check or U.S. Postal money order for payments in advance.

OPEN ACCOUNTS
Autotech does not, except under special circumstances, offer open account status to its wholesale custom-
ers. In the event that open account status is warranted, our approval of a completed and signed credit
application is required. Please contact us for further details.

EXPORT
We are most pleased to offer our products on an export basis. Payment in advance by Credit Card, Irre-
vocable Letter of Credit, Bank Draft, or wire transfer is required. U.S. currency required.

SHIPPING
All shipping is freight collect by most economical means, usually via UPS Ground Service. We also offer
express delivery via UPS 3 Day Select, Second Day Air (Blue Label), Next Day Air (Red Label), and Next
Day Saturday Delivery for additional charges. All freight charges will be added to the invoice, except in the
case of truck and some aircargo shipping, where the carrier will usually collect freight charges directly.

RETURNS
1. We will not accept unauthorized returns of any type. If you feel a return is warranted, please contact
us for a return authorization. All returns must be shipped prepaid. There are no exceptions.
2. All returns are subject to a 15% handling charge at our discretion.
3. We do not accept returns after 60 days from invoice date.
4. There are no returns on electrical parts or special ordered parts.
5. There are no returns on used or damaged parts unless found to be defective by us.

CLAIMS
Obvious damage to packages must be noted by the customer on the carrier’s Bill of Lading at the time
of receipt. Hidden damage must be reported to the carrier immediately, usually within 7 days. In both
cases, damages are to be settled between the customer and the carrier. We will assist the customer if and
when necessary. Our errors, i.e., misshipment, etc., will be handled immediately after being brought to
our attention. We recommend that you verify shipment contents before attempting installation or use.

SPECIAL ORDERS
We will accept special orders for parts not normally stocked or listed at the customer’s request. A deposit
in advance is required for all special order parts.

BACK ORDERS
We will endeavor to do our best to fill your order completely. Should the situation arise, all back ordered
items will be listed on your invoice (except exports). All back ordered parts will be shipped as soon as
they become available. Should you wish to cancel back ordered parts, contact us immediately; otherwise
you will be held responsible for their acceptance. If you instruct us to do so, we will call or write you to
confirm your back order before shipping.

AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER
Availability of certain items shown in this catalog are limited and may not always be available for immedi-
ate delivery.

LEGALITY OF PARTS
Vehicles modified by use of some competition and performance parts listed in this catalog may no longer
be lawfully used on public roads. You are urged to check your state and local laws before ordering. We
make no guarantee or warranty as to the legality of any parts listed in this catalog, except as stated. Cer-
tain parts manufactured and/or distributed by Autotech Sport Tuning Corporation may be deemed not
legal for sale on pollution controlled and/or street driven vehicles in certain states or countries. Certain
parts may not be legal for sale or use in California on pollution controlled motor vehicles. Customer
warrants that he or she fully accepts the legal responsibility for any and all parts purchased, and agrees to
“hold harmless” Autotech Sport Tuning Corporation in any and all matters arising out of non-legal use
of such parts. Customer further warrants legal age.

ERRORS, OMISSIONS, AND REFERENCES
We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in this catalog, nor are we responsible for resultant
damages caused either directly or indirectly from the same. The names Volkswagen, VW, Rabbit,
Scirocco, Golf, Jetta, Passat, Corrado, GTi, and New Beetle are used only for descriptive purposes. In
no way does Autotech Sport Tuning Corporation imply or intend a direct connection between Autotech
Sport Tuning Corporation, its products, and Volkswagen.

WARRANTY
All items in this catalog are warranted by their manufacturer to be free from defects in manufacture,
material, and workmanship prior to installation. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty.
This warranty is limited, at our option, to the repair, replacement, or credit of the defective merchandise.
The determination for all warranty claims will be at our sole discretion, unless not manufactured by
Autotech Sport Tuning Corporation, in which case the manufacturer assumes this task. All “com-
petition and racing” parts are sold “as is” without any warranty whatsoever. Implied warranties,
including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are excluded. The entire
risk as to quality and performance of such parts rests with the buyer. Should such parts prove defec-
tive following their purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes
the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.
